Our Program...

Developed through years of working with athletes, beginner to elite to professional, our system of building the proper mechanics of speed development coupled with the correct drills and teaching cues progress an athlete to take their performance to the next level. Our programs are personal to the requirements of the sport and the athlete. It’s not a standardized, “cookie cutter” program. We want to work with the INDIVIDUAL. We don’t want to just do what the pre-determined workout says to do

In The Environment You Play...

An athlete trains best in the environment they compete in. Why run on a treadmill if you compete on a basketball court? Why use an elliptical to get in shape when you need to change direction on a dime? We excel at working with teams and organizations on THEIR fields. With THEIR teams. On THEIR schedule. It’s the most convenient for athletes, parents, and coaches. We can build our performance programs into an existing program without disruption, enhance the athlete, and increase the value of the sports program.

At Our Facility...

An athlete regularly needs strength training and the ability to have a state of the art facility is imperative. Our center has all of the necessary tools to get our athletes stronger, faster, and quicker in a climate controlled facility that boasts an artificial turf field, top of the line strength training equipment, and coaches that are unparalleled in their knowledge of the body, movement, and how to get the most out of each athlete.

 

We can tailor performance training programs for any athlete, in any sport:

Golf - Increased power, trunk flexibility, and stamina for performance on the back nine as good as on the front.

Tennis - Improve change of direction, lateral speed, power generation, quickness...all to get the most out of each set and to win more games!

Football- Run faster. Hit harder. Score more. At the AIM Facility, we can train to maximize your training. We can prepare you for a high school or college combine- same tests the pros run. Get ready to blow your competition away!

Marathon Training/Triathalon - Our USTA triathlete certified coaches are here to put a program together to put you in the front of the pack! All of the training necessary for all of the events; transition training, bricks, conditioning, triathlon and marathon specific strength focus, and flexibility work to keep you injury free and in peak training shape.

Soccer - Arguably the most demanding sport, you're required to be strong, be able to run continuously, change direction, have hip and leg strength, flexibility, and stamina. Oh yeah- you have to be able to strike the ball effectively, with touch AND power! At AIM Fitness, we can help develop your skills and take you to the top of your game. You'll learn how to accelerate, control your body, change direction, and stay strong. Through plyometrics, sprint mechanics, and speed and agility development, you'll be training in the best environment, at the best facility, with the best equipment and coaches. You won't be disappointed!

Lacrosse - Strong. Fast. Agile. Powerful. All these are requirements of Lacrosse. A combination of football, soccer, and hockey- lacrosse requires specific training to play at the competitive level.
