About Aimee
Certified Fitness Trainer and Founder
'Aim To Get Fit' was founded by Aimee, a dedicated fitness professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry, helping others become better. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you find the best path to fitness. Aimee started her fitness journey in March of 2012 losing 50lbs in a year. Aimee has since earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Bridgewater State University in 2013.
In 2016, she attended the National Personal Training Institute and became a certified personal trainer. In November 2020, Aimee opened her own gym in Fall River, where she offers a variety of classes and training sessions designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Her mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment for everyone, no matter what your fitness level is. She strive to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable, and our goal is to help you reach your fitness goals.
Aimee has experience in training all different types of people, from beginners to athletes, to stay-at-home moms to spartan race junkies. She truly thrives with teaching beginners the basics and how to safely and effectively workout. At Aim To Get Fit, Aimee provides a supportive and welcoming environment that helps you feel comfortable and motivated on your fitness journey.
About Becca
Certified Hip Hop Step and Zumba Instructor
Becca is a single mother to a daughter at UNH, a High School son, a Golden Doodle pup and Rhodesian Ridgeback dog. Full-time employee of the Commonwealth overseeing the integrity of the DTA SNAP program.
'Weight loss struggle is real!!' She is a certified fitness instructor who is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. In 2015, she decided to take hold and focus on proper nutrition and a healthy level of fitness, later earning her certification as a Zumba instructor in 2019. She designs classes, with certifications, which include Zumba, Pound Fit, AFSA Group X and Xtreme Hip Hop Step, to make it as enjoyable as possible while giving her clients the workout they need to be fit and healthy.
About Holly
Certified Yoga Instructor
Holly is a vibrant yogi, yoga teacher, and student who dives into the various expressions of yoga to find a fluidity of movement through the practice. She invites students to move their bodies in ways that cultivate a passion of inquiry and observation. Her classes offer modifications for all levels and have a concentrated focus on alignment for a safe and strong practice. She creates a formulated class and spontaneous playful fun with a deeper understanding of the breath, body and soul.
Holly is a 700 RYT in Vinyasa Yoga, completing a 200hr teacher training at Hope Yoga/LA Cycle in North Dartmouth with Jen Panagakos and a 500hr advanced teacher training at Troy City Yoga in Fall River with Abbe Ciulla. She continues to expand her knowledge base as a continuing student in holistic practices, has completed sound healing workshops, actively working towards her sound healing certification and is a Holy Fire Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. Holly believes in a strong philosophy that yoga is for everyone, so come see what it is all about and join her on the mat!
